This is collective feedback from the global community; please look at each section. Each section will have detailed feedback about the world of Wuthering Waves.
Farming**:**
- We should move from a daily or weekly rotation of farming to character farming. Instead, use the world of Wuthering Waves to farm. Like For example, if we are building a character, they need to kill x enemies for them to raise, which will be farming. But that process can be faster with stamina. Players can use stamina to boost drop rates by 2x while farming for mates. Let's say X needs 200 sets of items to raise, and with stamina, that's half the time. This will not make players waste more time, and they can also enjoy farming because all enemies will be rewardable. There will be another section that I will be covering on how we should approach enemies in wuthering waves; this is for raising character.
- The list of things that I think will be an efficient way of raising a character
- Farming x amount items from the world “picking things, killing enemies”
- Character can level fast by just killing enemies
- Raising talent items can obtain by killing world bosses each boss will give you a certain point to raise your talent level
Enemies Approach ****
- Enemy designs, especially bosses, are well done.
- All mobs should have a small parry window, which will deal a huge amount of damage. This will make farming for materials easy.
- The enemy should be aggressive enough to make you feel like you are being hunted if you enter their territory.
- We need super-powerful enemies that randomly appear on the map to ambush the players.
Storywriting, worldbuilding, and production value
- On every update, our main character will have a story quest that will reveal a small bit of memory that will be a fragment, which we will get to use in certain places of the Wuthering Waves world. This area or place will only be known to the main character, and they can only access this location. Let's call it our personal hub. In this hub, we will be learning about ourselves on every update by gathering small fragments of memory and joining them to reveal big story lore and cut scenes explaining a portion of our past. This process should take at least 6 months or 3 months, depending on how the developers want it to go. The purpose of this idea is to make sure that on every update we have lore about the main character without going off-board with the story.
- We don’t actually mind that early on most characters are hostile or suspicious towards Rover, but we need to make it make more sense.
- Cutscenes are jumping back and forth, sometimes even out of order.
- However, the quality of the cutscenes themselves is great.
- The story needs to be more entertaining and at a consistent pace.
- Suggestion: add interludes and an affection story like in PGR to make people love characters more.
- Worldbuilding needs to be integrated more into open-world content designs.
- The skip button is strongly needed.
Combat system and action
- Currently, the combat system and smoothness are very good.
